What We Do.

Achieving your recycling goals with Wastetech.

Benefits of partnering with Wastetech.

Our offering doesn’t end there….

We are a solutions first company.

Ongoing management.

Flexibility = Increased Service Performance.

How Does It All Work?

Review.

It all starts with an onsite review. A wastetech consultant will meet with you onsite to review your current onsite services, discuss the pain points you are experiencing with your current services and service provider and what your goals and ambitions are with your expectations from our partnership.

Analyse.

The next step is for us to analyse the information we have taken away from your onsite review in conjunction with the data we require you to provide.

The solutions we design are only as good as the data you provide, so we need you to be as transparent as possible when it comes to your current waste and recycling output and costs.

Types of data we require:

  • A minimum of 12 months waste and recycling data
  • A minimum of 12 months invoices or confirmation of your current rates with your current service provider

(Click here to see why sharing your data with us is risk free).

Our analysis helps us build a clear picture of where you are now and what is required of the solution we design to help you achieve the goals outlined to us at the initial onsite review.

Design.

Now its time to for us to get to work designing a solution for your business. Utilising the information gathered, we design a solution that is unique to your business and ensures the following where possible:

  1. A reduction in general waste
  2. A reduction in your co2 footprint
  3. An increase in recycling levels
  4. A sustainable decrease in spend on waste and recycling services
  5. Future proof: we make sure the solutions we implement and can evolve with your business.

Present.

It can take anywhere between 48 hours and up to 2 weeks for us to design your bespoke solution depending on the complexities and scale of your operation.

Once your solution is ready we re-attend site to meet with you and other key stakeholders in the waste and recycling project and present this in either presentation or proposal format and run through every element of your new solution to ensure you are happy that it meets all the criteria you require and you agree on the feasibility of implementing your new solution onsite.

Implement

Once you have agreed on the new solution we take care of everything, from the negotiating the exit date of your incumbent contractor/s to the ordering of all equipment and services required for your new solution. We attend site on the date of install and oversee the installation process and then train your key members of staff on the usage of the new equipment.

Education sessions are imperative to ensure the roll out and onboarding of your new solution is successful. The first set of education sessions are included. These training sessions are interactive and go through what can and can not be recycled onsite and how to get the most out of your new solution. You can see an example of this here: Link to Oxfam training video.

Management.

Now your new solution has been implemented onsite, Wastetech are your “one stop shop” for all things waste and recycling related. As your partner, we are your singular point of contact for all waste and recycling services and requests, even those not included in your contract.

We appoint a dedicated internal account manager for day to day queries and your customer success manager who will meet with you either monthly, quarterly or bi-annually to ensure that the solution and services are achieving the goals set out on day 1.
